EREDE collection orders are uniquely crafted for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For in-stock items and EREDE Curated, we provide the option for returns and exchanges if requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service at info@eredeofficial.com within this period.
If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance with your return.
In case of damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a return.
