Our jewelry is made to order, making it non-returnable. In-stock items and vintage jewelry, however, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. To begin the process, contact our customer service team at info@eredeofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Daily wear and environmental factors can cause tarnishing. To restore brilliance polish gold with a clean, dry cloth. Clean diamond pieces using a soft-bristle brush, warm soapy water, a rinse in warm water, and drying with a soft cloth.
